Our terminal production managers and technicians have completed the Production Management Academy programme.

Within a year and a half, we have completed intensive training sessions with Gediminas Anužis, a lecturer from our development partner "Grand Partner".

"During the Academy, the production managers of the terminals managed by us grew their professional competences, learned from each other by exchanging experiences, looked for unconventional solutions in activities, improved individually and established an even stronger bond with their colleagues," says KTG HR Manager Aistė Miciūtė.
