Arrival to/from the terminal. Container pick up/drop off

After successfully passing the self-service area and entering through the entry gate area, a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number that will be indicated in the system, informing you of the location of the drop-off and/or pick-up location/place.

IMPORTANT!

  • SMS text messages can only be sent to the contact phone number indicated in the system

  • Container terminal site plan and map of container drop-off and/or pick-up locations (.pdf format)

  • Arriving drivers with a full reefer container to the terminal. The automatic gate system KIPIS checks if the refrigerator's electrical connection details are specified. If the company management has not entered the data, the driver has to correct the data in the self-service area:

  1. select whether or not an electrical connection is required;

  2. if an electrical connection is required, then the temperature required for the refrigerator must be indicated.

After the information input, the driver is directed to the unit for unloading the container with electrical connection.
